When an answer has been provided to you and you think the ticket can be closed, you can
- Close the ticket yourself by opening the ticket on the NAVBLUE support portal and clicking on the button below
- Rate the support that was provided to you by selecting your level of satisfaction on the right hand side of the ticket when it is closed (either by you or NAVBLUE)
Once your rating is selecting, you will be able to add comments or change the rating.
